These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Doxa Technologies LLC, operating as Doxa Digital (“Doxa Digital Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of doxadigitaltech.com and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Services

Doxa Digital Tech provides web design, website development, local SEO, AV systems programming, ADA accessibility, and HIPAA-ready technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be described in a separate proposal, quote, or written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission.

4. Quotes, payments & project scope

Estimates and quotes are based on the information available at the time. Changes to project scope may affect pricing and timelines. Payment terms, deposits, and milestones will be defined in your project agreement. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of work or services.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content, branding, code, and materials created by Doxa Digital Tech remain our property until full payment is received, at which point agreed deliverables transfer to you as set out in your project agreement. Third-party assets, plugins, fonts, and licenses remain subject to their own terms.

6. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, credentials, or access required to complete your project. Delays in providing these may affect timelines. You are responsible for the legality and rights to any materials you provide to us.

7. Compliance disclaimers

We design websites and systems to align with recognized accessibility (WCAG) and HIPAA-related best practices. However, accessibility and regulatory compliance depend on your full environment, ongoing content, policies, and agreements. We do not guarantee that any deliverable will render you fully compliant with the ADA, HIPAA, or any other law, and our Services do not constitute legal advice.

8. Third-party links & services

The Services may reference or link to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doxa Digital Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Warranty disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as expressly stated in a written agreement.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as provided in the applicable project agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to the website if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kansas.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
